• By Mail - Print out your order form post with your delivery details and cheque/money order to Gallop Group, PO Box 343, Samford Qld 4520.
• By Email - Email your order via our online order form or email sales@gallopgroup.com.au
• Pick Up - You are welcome to pick up your order from Gallop Group Monday to Saturday. Please call to organise a convenient time.

Shipping

Products that are in stock are posted next business day. Made to order goods delivery times will be notified upon receipt of order.

If any products are on back order you will be contacted and advised of the expected delivery time within 2 business days on receipt of order. If any item is likely to be delayed you will be notified and order posted as soon as it becomes available.

Freight

Free delivery within the 4520 area code.

Orders are despatched via Australia Post and charged as per Australia Post charges.

Returns Policy

If the product you ordered is not suitable we will provide a full refund if the goods are unused, not damaged and are able to re-sold.

All returns must be returned within 14 days from invoice date. Please include a copy of the invoice, all tags and packaging. Freight is the responsibility of customer and is not refundable. Horse rugs returned must be clean, dry and not covered in horse hair.

Please ensure you try your new rug on over a clean sheet.There will be no refunds on made to measure items.
